Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico to a Puerto Rican mother and Irish-American father, Ms. Foy was always told she had an “exotic” look and was very comfortable in front of the camera. At the age of 3, her family moved to the southern Connecticut, closer to her father’s home state of New York. There she attended grade school all the way up to her first semester in college at Southern Connecticut State University, when she suddenly had to withdraw due to health issues.
In her early 20’s, Ms. Foy relocated to Central Florida where she has made a life ever since. In late 1999, she welcomed her first and only child. In 2005, she obtained her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Valencia Community College. After steady encouragement from her friends and co-workers for some time, Ms. Foy pursued a career in modeling in 2007. Her interest in makeup, fashion, and photography gave her a natural advantage as a beginner in the field. She had previously appeared in a bikini calendar in 1995, titled “Cancun Calendar Girls” after being approached on the beach in Cancun, Mexico while on vacation. The calendar was distributed in souvenir shops and in airports in Southern California as well as throughout Mexico. In 2011, Ms. Foy obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work. She continues to model and devotes most of her free time to volunteer work at a local nursing facility for the elderly.
Ms. Foy describes herself as “very outgoing but cautious. You never know when someone has a hidden agenda.” She and her daughter’s father divorced shortly after the child was born (having separated late in her pregnancy) but describes their relationship as “satisfactory”. She is currently in a committed relationship.
Ms. Foy is an avid music lover of all genres. Her hobbies include photography, interior decorating, and power yoga.
